In partnership with the Biñan City Youth and Sports Development Office and Local Youth Development Council, Project BOTOLINO is hitting the road as 𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, designed specifically to empower our youth and first-time voters across the local communities of Biñan.
