Lungsod ng Biñan, ikinararangal naming ibalita na muli nating naiuwi ang pagkilala bilang 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮 ngayong gabi sa ginanap na 5th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards (PSKA) at 1st Positive Youth Development Awards (PYDA) sa Borocay Newcoast Convention Center, Malay, Aklan hatid ng Philippine Youth Development Network, Galing Pook at National Youth Commission.

Tinanggap ang nasabing pagkilala ng ating City Youth and Sports Development Officer, Mr. Alfred Benedict Suarez, kasama ang OIC ng Youth Development Division, Mr. Mc Larnel Aliluran, OIC ng Administrative Division, Mr. Mark Robert R. Almadin at OIC ng Sports Development Division, Mr. Leo Callado.
Ang parangal na ito ay hindi magiging possible kung wala ang mga masisipag nating kawani at ang ating mahuhusay at talentadong Kabataang Biñanense.

Ito ay mas lalong naisakatuparan dahil sa walang sawang suporta at pagmamahal sa sektor ng kabataan ng ating Pamahalaang Lungsod sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Mayor Walfredo “Arman” Dimaguila Jr., Vice Mayor Angelo “Gel” Alonte, Congresswoman Marlyn “Len” Alonte-Naguiat at Biñan Sangguniang Kabataan Federation at LYDC President Alonzo Kyne Garcia.

! | We are once again a 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 and one of the National Awardees for Outstanding Local Youth Development Office in the Philippines, a 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝘁𝗼-𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁 for the City Government of Biñan!

This is our second time receiving such prestigious recognition from the Positive Youth Development Awards (PYDA) and the Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards (PSKA) by the award-giving circle of Galing Pook, the Positive Youth Development Network (PYDN), and Impact Circle!

We also take pride in the achievement of our Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Timbao for being a National Finalist in the Outstanding Sangguniang Council Barangay Category, and the only SK council in the Province of Laguna to receive such recognition this year.

Recognitions like these are a testament to the leadership of our City Mayor, Atty. Arman Dimaguila Jr., Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, and Congresswoman Len Alonte-Naguiat! We are thankful for their unwavering support and commitment to the betterment of the youth sector in our city!

All roads lead to Aklan for this year’s National Awarding Ceremony! Just like last year, we are all in for a victorious ride throughout this year!

The city celebrates your remarkable achievement at the 5th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards (PSKA) for being one of the National Finalists and the only SK council in the Province of Laguna to receive such recognition!

You have proven to everyone that the youth of today are catalysts of positive and meaningful change and true builders of the nation.

We can’t wait to join your council as we head to the National Awarding, !

Kaya kung ikaw ay enrolled sa Senior High School, may 8-15 na miyembro, ito na ang chance nyong maghari sa dance floor!
