Mosquito Misting Preparation Guidelines

For Residents of Phase 10 & 13, Carmona Estates, Biñan, Laguna

To ensure safety and effectiveness of the misting operation, please observe the following precautions:

✅ BEFORE MISTING:

Close all windows and doors.
Prevent the mist from entering your home.

Cover or bring inside:

Food and water containers

Pet bowls and cages

Laundry or clothes hanging outside

Turn off air purifiers, exhaust fans, and air conditioners (especially if pulling outside air).

Secure children and pets indoors.
Keep them inside for at least 1–2 hours after misting.

Remove or cover fishponds or aquariums
Misting can be harmful to aquatic life.

Harvest edible plants or vegetables
If possible, pick herbs or produce ahead of time to avoid chemical contamination.

🚫 DURING MISTING:

Avoid going outdoors.
Stay indoors until the mist settles (approx. 1 hour).

Do not follow or get close to the misting vehicle.
The chemical is meant to disperse in the air.

✅ AFTER MISTING:

Wipe down outdoor surfaces (e.g., tables, chairs, toys).
Especially those frequently touched by children or pets.

Ventilate your home if mist entered accidentally.
Open doors and windows to air it out.

Observe for any adverse reactions
(especially for sensitive individuals or pets). Seek medical help if needed.

📣 NOTE: Misting is a preventive measure—not a cure. Regularly eliminate stagnant water and maintain cleanliness to keep mosquito populations low.

As part of our continued efforts to enhance community services through the Homeowners Association, we are pleased to
introduce the automation of our standard operations. You may conveniently submit Application and HOA Concern
Forms by accessing the links or scanning the QR code: Will upload the link and barcode once done by Breighton and they will assign staff to accomdate all our concern.
Type of HOA Services:
1. Vehicle Car Sticker Application ( previous forms&link is disabled at the moment to finish all old applicant, all new applicant will submit with the new link
2.Construction Bond Application
3.HOA Concern

serve as your guide throughout the process, from application to completion. The online application system will officially
