A new community-based volunteer and socio-civic organization is currently being planned in the Province of Biliran. This initiative aims to promote volunteerism, youth and community engagement, civic participation, and meaningful local outreach programs.
As part of the organization’s initial planning and consultation process, we are conducting a short survey to gather insights, suggestions, and expressions of interest from individuals who may wish to support, volunteer, collaborate, or become part of this initiative.
