‎Known for his humility, diligence, and unwavering devotion to God, St. Isidore became a symbol of hope and perseverance among farmers and workers whose lives are rooted in hard work and faith. His life reminds us that even in the simplest labor, there is dignity, purpose, and grace.

‎Today, as the community gathers in celebration, may this feast strengthen our faith, deepen our gratitude, and honor the enduring spirit of those who continue to till the land and nourish the community through their hard work and sacrifice.

The student organizations of Bohol Island State University–Bilar Campus spent the month of April with initiatives that promoted leadership and student engagement.

Through various activities, including leadership programs, patent seminars, and environmental initiatives, the month reflected commitment toward excellence and service.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 | On April 8, 2026, the Campus Student Organization successfully conducted PANUDSAYBO: A Leadership Extension Program for the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Officers and Class Mayors of Camapagao High School. The program was designed to enhance student leadership competencies through structured discussions, interactive activities, and reflective learning sessions.

The following are responses from some of the participants, highlighting how PANUDSAYBO: A Leadership Extension Program inspired them to lead with purpose and take an active role in their communities.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Three tribes competed during PANUDSAYBO: A Leadership Extension Program held on April 8, 2026, at BISU Bilar Campus.

Among the competing tribes, Tribu Verde secured first place with 540 points. Tribu Azul followed closely, claiming second place with 520 points, while Tribu Rojo finished third with 490 points.

The points were earned through interactive discussions and outdoor activities that challenged the participants to think critically, communicate effectively, and plan strategically. Overall, the program served as a platform for student leaders to develop and showcase essential leadership competencies in a fun and supportive setting.

The Campus Student Organization trained the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Class Mayors of Campagao High School through PANUDSAYBO: A Leadership Extension Program with the theme “Service-Driven Leadership for Inclusive and Sustainable Development" held on April 8, 2026, at the Farmers Training Center of BISU Bilar Campus.

From engaging discussions, outdoor activities, and reflections, the program aimed to equip participants with the essential leadership competencies, including openness, effective communication, conflict management, task delegation, time management, and the three cores of leadership.

Through this experience, participants were reminded that leadership is not just about leading others; it’s about self-awareness, teamwork, and creating positive impact in the communities.

‎The Campus Student Organization (CSO) of Bohol Island State University (BISU)–Bilar Campus empowered Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers of Campagao High School (CHS) through its leadership extension program “PANUDSAYBO” (Panudlo ug Pagbansay para sa Paglambo) held on April 8, 2026, at the Farmers Training Center.

‎Anchored on the theme “Service-Driven Leadership for Inclusive and Sustainable Development,” the program aimed to equip the CHS SSLG officers with essential leadership competencies, focusing on communication, decision-making, and team dynamics.
‎
‎CSO Chairperson Ms. Elaisa F. Sumampong, in her inspirational message, shared her journey from reluctance to becoming a confident leader, encouraging participants to embrace opportunities despite fear and to lead through genuine service.
‎
Moreover, ‎Dr. Proceso M. Castil, Campus Director of BISU-Bilar, emphasized the importance of service-driven leadership in addressing present challenges in his inspirational message. Highlighting inclusivity, collaboration, and sustainability as key elements in shaping responsible student leaders.
‎
‎The training sessions covered core leadership skills, including openness and leadership core by CSO President John Aldwin V. Garcia, effective communication by Rhosder Jee L. Escudero, and conflict management by Alwena N. Palo.
‎
‎In the afternoon session, John Lloyd M. Galido discussed task delegation, followed by Marjorie C. Marcial on time management, further strengthening the participants’ organizational and leadership capabilities.
‎
‎The program concluded with the introduction of the PANUDSAYBO logo by Marcial, symbolizing leadership values such as teamwork, harmony, excellence, focus, and initiative.

From drives and first-aid trainings to pinning ceremonies and formation course, the month reflected dedication, collaboration, and a strong commitment to service and growth.

These initiatives not only enhanced the campus experience but also fostered stronger connections among students, faculty, and the broader community. It highlight the collective effort to create meaningful impact and lasting positive change.
