Atletang Biñanense Youth Volunteers

Nakiisa ang mga Atletang Biñanense Youth Volunteers at mga ABC Scholars sa makulay at makasaysayang pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Biñan, sa pamamagitan ng kanilang aktibong pakikilahok sa Grand People’s Parade na ginanap noong Pebrero 2, 2026, alas-6:30 ng umaga sa Plaza Rizal. Ang kanilang presensya at masiglang pakikiisa ay sumasalamin sa diwa ng pagkakaisa, pagmamalasakit, at pagmamahal sa sariling lungsod.

Sa pamamagitan ng paglahok na ito, ipinamalas ng mga kabataang Biñanense ang kanilang patuloy na suporta at dedikasyon sa mga programa at selebrasyon ng Lungsod ng Biñan, hindi lamang bilang mga atleta at iskolar, kundi bilang mga responsableng mamamayan na handang maglingkod at makibahagi sa mga gawaing nagpapalakas ng identidad at pagkakakilanlan ng lungsod.

Patunay ang kanilang aktibong partisipasyon na ang mga Atletang Biñanense ay hindi lamang hinuhubog sa larangan ng palakasan, kundi maging sa aspeto ng disiplina, pakikipagkapwa, bolunterismo, at pagmamalasakit sa komunidad, na patuloy na nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa kapwa kabataan. Sa kanilang patuloy na pagsuporta, lalong pinagtitibay ang ugnayan ng kabataan at ng pamahalaang lungsod sa sama-samang pagtataguyod ng kaunlaran at pagkakaisa ng Biñan.

The 1st Quarter Meeting of the Atletang Biñanense Youth Volunteers was held on January 24, 2026, at the YASDO Conference Room.

The meeting served as a platform to discuss key issues and challenges faced by ABC Scholars, align plans and responsibilities for the upcoming Araw ng Biñan activities, and review strategies for strengthening the Community Development Sports Program.

Participants shared insights, raised concerns, and proposed action steps to further improve youth sports development and community engagement in the City of Biñan.

Magandang araw, Atletang Biñanense Youth Volunteers!

Handa na ba kayong maging bahagi ng isang mas masigla, mas inklusibo, at mas pinalakas na kilusan para sa kabataan at sports sa lungsod ng Biñan? Sa layuning higit pang paigtingin ang partisipasyon ng kabataan at itaguyod ang kultura ng aktibong pamumuhay at disiplina sa palakasan, opisyal nating binubuksan ang Atletang Biñanense Youth Volunteers—isang komunidad na magsisilbing tahanan, training ground, at support system ng ating mga ABC Scholars at Youth Sports Enthusiasts.

Dito, hindi lang tayo naglalaro o nagvo-volunteer—sabay-sabay tayong lumalago bilang mga lider, katuwang, at huwaran ng kabataang Biñanense. Isa itong espasyo para sa pagkakaibigan, pagbabahagi ng talento, pagpapalakas ng kakayahan, at sama-samang pagkilos para sa mas maunlad at mas aktibong komunidad ng kabataan.

Kung ikaw ay may puso para sa sports, malasakit sa kapwa, at determinasyong mag-ambag para sa lungsod ng Biñan—welcome ka rito. Sama-sama nating ipakita na ang lakas ng kabataan ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa galing sa laro, kundi sa dedikasyon, serbisyo, at pagkakaisa.

Sa bawat sulok ng Biñan, may mga kabataang hindi lang basta present sa mga kaganapan—sila ang mga game-changer, goal-getter, at tunay na . Sa gitna ng mga hamon ng makabagong panahon, sila ang patunay na ang kabataan ay hindi lang pag-asa ng bayan—sila rin ang kasalukuyang bayani ng kanilang mga komunidad.

Ang 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗜Ñ𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶ñ𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 ay isang espesyal na pagkilala para sa mga natatanging youth at youth-serving organizations na nagsusulong ng mga programang makabuluhan—mula sa edukasyon, kalusugan, kabuhayan, kapayapaan, kalikasan, hanggang sa governance at policy advocacy. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang sipag, talino, at malasakit, sila ang mga modelo ng tunay na youth empowerment at civic engagement.

Isinagawa bilang tampok na bahagi ng Linggo ng Kabataan, ang parangal na ito ay pagkilala sa mga kwentong puno ng inspirasyon at aksyon—mga proyektong hindi lang naglilingkod, kundi tumutulong bumuo ng mas inklusibo, makatao, at progresibong Biñan.

Kaya kung ikaw o ang inyong organisasyon ay may kwento ng pagbabago, kwento ng bayanihan, o kwento ng liderato—ito na ang pagkakataon niyong maipakilala, maipagdiwang, at ma-inspire ang iba pang kabataang Biñanense. Ipakita ang galing, gawi, at giting ng kabataang Biñanense!

MECHANICS:

1. ELIGIBILITY
Ito ay bukas sa lahat ng Youth at Youth-Serving Organizations sa Biñan City na naka-rehistro sa LYORP, o magpapasa ng kumpletong LYORP registration requirements kasabay ng application. (Maaaring i-download ang LYORP Requirements dito: bit.ly/LYORPRequirements_2025)

2. REQUIREMENTS
a. Filled-out Nomination Form (Download it here: bit.ly/PARANGAL_NominationForm)
b. Summary of Accomplishments (Download it here: bit.ly/PARANGAL_SummaryOfAccomplishments)
c. Narrative Report (Jan 2024–July 2025) with SDG alignment
d. Supporting Documents: Photos w/ captions, documentation, MOA/Certification (if applicable)
e. LYORP Certificate or complete registration docs (for new applicants)

3. SUBMISSION & EVALUATION
a. All documents will undergo table evaluation only—no interviews or face-to-face validation.
b. Evaluation is based on completeness, clarity, and quality of submissions using standard criteria.
c. Top 5 outstanding organizations will be selected and notified via email.

This Annual Assembly is brought to you by the City Government of Biñan, through the leadership of Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Vice Mayor Gel Alonte and Congresswoman Len Alonte-Naguiat, spearhead by the Biñan City Youth and Sports Development Office in partnership with the Biñan City Local Youth Development Council, chaired by Hon. Alonzo Kyne Garcia, and the Biñan City LYORP registered organizations.

In this dynamic gathering, we seek to amplify our impact by sharing diverse perspectives, innovative solutions, and experiences that shape the narratives of our communities.
