Your mental health matters.

In a world filled with responsibilities, expectations, and challenges, it is important to remember that taking care of your mental and emotional well-being is just as important as taking care of your future. There will be days when you feel strong and motivated, and there will be days when you feel overwhelmed. Both are part of being human.

It is okay to not be okay. It is okay to pause, rest, and ask for help when you need it. You do not have to face your struggles alone. Reaching out to someone you trust, sharing your feelings, or simply starting a conversation can make a difference.

Be kind to yourself. Give yourself the same understanding and compassion that you freely give to others. Your feelings are valid, your experiences matter, and your well-being deserves attention.

Talk about it. Reach out. You matter.

‎There is no Planet B. More than a celebration, this day serves as a call to action to strengthen environmental conservation and sustainable development. Through collective efforts and active advocacy, we can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable future for all.

‎The Manila Bay Youth Environmental Council of Biñan City joins this global observance in raising awareness about the vital role of environmental stewardship. The environment we have today is the same environment that future generations will inherit. As such, we must seize every opportunity to protect, preserve, and conserve it with utmost care and responsibility. No other species can safeguard our environment better than we can.
