Twenty-two years ago this month, HOPE worldwide Philippines Inc. staff visited what would become the future home of the Center of HOPE in Laguna🌟. Once known as Nayong Pag-asa Children's Village (NPCV), it was later renamed the Center of HOPE worldwide – Laguna, now standing as one of HOPE worldwide's signature projects. Since opening its doors on February 5, 2005, the Center has served more than 500 children who are survivors of physical and sexual abuse — a testament to two decades of compassion and commitment.💙

Some visits leave a mark on the heart — and this was one of them. 💙

We are deeply grateful to Annette and Lena from Helfende Hände for making the journey to visit our Centers of HOPE and projects across Laguna, Manila, and Cebu. Travelling far from home, they immersed themselves fully — in our communities, our stories, and the faces of the children we serve.

In Annette's own words, it was intense, emotional, and amazing — and at times frightening and humbling. The heat, the stories, the children: all of it stayed with them long after they returned home. That kind of witness takes courage, and we are honoured they chose to see our work up close.

Annette and Lena — thank you for showing up with such open hearts, for believing in what we do, and for being true partners in this mission. 🙏

🎉21 Years of Hope: Celebrating Lives Transformed

Yesterday marked another milestone for HOPEwwPH that filled our hearts to overflowing—the 21st Anniversary of our Center of HOPE in Laguna. What began as a simple celebration became a profound reminder of why this ministry exists.

Thank you to all the staff—current and former—who have poured their hearts into this work. Thank you to our donors whose generosity makes this ministry possible. Thank you to our volunteers and partners who serve faithfully. Thank you to our supporters who pray and encourage us.🙏

And thank you to all the children who allowed us to enter their world and welcomed us into their hearts. You have blessed us far more than you know.💛

Here's to 21 years of God's faithfulness—and to many more years of bringing hope to those who need it most.

Yesterday was a beautiful day at our Laguna center as the LF Joy Foundation, together with Rotary Club of Circuit Makati, served and encouraged 100 children with love and compassion.

Since 2018, the LF Joy Foundation has been a steadfast partner in our mission. Through the years, they have never failed to show up, serve, and make a difference in the lives of the children we support. Their unwavering commitment and genuine heart for service continue to inspire us.

Thank you, LF Joy Foundation, for being more than just a partner – for being family. Your dedication transforms lives, and we are honored to work alongside you.

HOPE worldwide Philippines, Inc. has established a model child welfare and protection system for Filipino Children in Especially Difficult Circumstances (CEDC). For more than three decades it has provided child protection and advocacy services, education, health and nutrition services, life-saving emergency supplies during disasters, community support services, professional services and most importantly the presence of caring full-time staff, our donors, partners and volunteers who work directly with poor children and families.

HOPE worldwide Philippines, Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. It is also an affiliate of HOPE worldwide, an international charity that changes lives by harnessing the compassion and commitment of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver sustainable, high-impact, community-based services to the poor and needy.
