BARANGAY and SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF EXAMINATION POSTPONEMENT & SUBMISSION EXTENSION
TO ALL CONCERNED APPLICANTS / SK SCHOLARS
Please be informed that the Scholarship Examination originally scheduled for August 21, 2026 (Tomorrow) has been POSTPONED.
In accordance with the decision of the Barangay Board Members, and due to the failure to meet the target number of examination slots, the examination has been rescheduled to:
AUGUST 31, 2026
π SUBMISSION IS ALSO EXTENDED
Applicants who have not yet submitted their requirements are given additional time to complete and submit their documents.
Extended Submission Period:
August 21β30, 2026
Examination Date: August 31, 2026
Time: 8am to 10:30am
Venue: East Bayugan Central Elementary School
We encourage all interested and qualified applicants to take advantage of the extended submission period and complete their requirements before the deadline.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a Filipino citizen and a bonafide resident of Barangay Taglatawan.
2. Must be a High School graduate or a candidate for graduation from senior high school.
3. Must have a general average of at least 85% and with no grade line of seven/below 80%.
4. Combined gross annual income of parents must not exceed Php 60,000.00.
5. Must be of Good Moral character.
6. Must have taken the Scholarship qualifying exam (SKolar Iskolar ng Barangay) and have a high score percentage.
B. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
1. Authenticated or certified true copy Form 138 (Photocopy signed by Principal/School Registrar)
2. Certificate of Indigency with purok endorsement
3. Cedula
4. Barangay Clearance
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal
