𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐃-𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐀𝐍

Patuloy na pinaiigting ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang malasakit nito sa mga Kabataang Quirinian sa pamamagitan ng I Love Quirino Cares: Libreng Sakay Program, na nakatuon sa ligtas at maayos na paghatid sa mga kolehiyong mag-aaral. Saklaw nito ang mga QSO Chapters sa UP Los Baños, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Metro Manila, at mga iba't-ibang unibersidad sa lalawigan ng Ifugao, lungsod ng Baguio, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, at Cagayan.

Sa koordinasyon ng dalawampu’t tatlong (23) QSO Chapters, naipatupad nang maayos ang programa at magpapatuloy ito hanggang sa pagtatapos ng kasalukuyang academic year. Layunin nitong maibsan ang gastusin ng mga magulang, mapagaan ang pasanin ng mga pamilya, at higit sa lahat, masiguro na walang Kabataang Quirinian ang maiiwan sa paglalakbay patungo sa kanilang pangarap.

Libreng sakay for Holy Week!!🚌

Another successful week of our Libreng Sakay Program has brought smiles and comfort to our fellow students!🧡

Through the support and initiative of Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua and Congresswoman Midy Cua, this program continues to provide free and safe transportation for students, easing their daily travels and showing true care for the youth of Quirino Province.

Libreng Sakay is a community-driven program that offers free and safe transportation to students and commuters. 🚌 It helps ease the burden of daily travel while showing genuine care for the community. Through teamwork and bayanihan, it continues to make a positive impact on people’s lives. 🙌✨

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 || Sa gitna ng patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng petrolyo, patuloy na pinaiigting ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang malasakit nito sa mga Kabataang Quirinian sa pamamagitan ng programang “𝐈 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬: 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.”

Isasagawa ang inisyatibang ito ngayong darating na Mahal na Araw (Semana Santa) upang matulungan ang mga estudyanteng nag-aaral sa lalawigan ng Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, Cagayan, Isabela, Metro Manila, at Baguio City na makauwi sa kani-kanilang pamilya nang ligtas at walang alalahanin sa gastusin sa pamasahe.

Higit pa sa libreng transportasyon, ito ay simbolo ng pagkalinga, pagkakaisa, at patuloy na suporta sa kinabukasan ng kabataang Quirinian.

Grace, confidence, and poise came to the forefront as Jieryll Cai Monterubio of Daluyon earned the Festival Queen title for Intramurals 2026. As part of the festival and street dance presentation, she stood out with her regal bearing, elegance, and commanding presence, bringing honor and pride to Team Daluyon in one of the celebration’s most anticipated highlights.

Named 1st Runner-Up was Shane Ann J. Sepelino of Alpas, followed by Denise Monina Paran of Tamawo as 2nd Runner-Up, and Rhea May S. Lunag of Sigakon as 3rd Runner-Up. More than a recognition of beauty and grace, the Festival Queen selection celebrated cultural representation, stage presence, and the spirit each candidate brought to the festival-inspired showcase, making it a memorable part of Intramurals 2026.

Magrehistro sa pamamagitan ng link ng Google Form ayon sa paaralang inyong pinapasukan o QSO Chapter. Tanging mga nakapagparehistro lamang ang maa-accommodate sa nasabing schedule.

QSO-PLTCI IN ACTION AT FIRE DRILL EXERCISE

In line with the observance of Fire Prevention Month this March, the officers of the Quirinian Students’ Organization actively participated in the Fire Drill Exercise conducted by the Bureau of Fire Protection Bayombong in partnership with PLT College, Inc. on March 3, 2026.

Together with fellow student organizations, faculty, and staff, participants engaged in the opening program, fire safety lecture, and practical drill—gaining essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively during fire-related emergencies.

Pinalakas ng Provincial Government of Quirino sa pamamagitan ng Youth Development Program ang ugnayan sa 19 Chapters at pinalawak ang saklaw nito sa pagbisita sa 3 bagong tatag na Quirinian Students’ Organization sa Ifugao State University – Lagawe Campus, King’s College of the Philippines - Bambang Campus, at Aldersgate College Incorporated - Solano.

Ito ang patunay ng pagpapalawak at pagpapalakas ng pagkakaisa ng mga Kabataang Quirinian.

Kasama sa layag ang courtesy visit sa University Top Management at Student Affairs Services sa Aurora State College of Technology - Baler, Aurora Province para sa pagtatatag ng QSO at pagpapalawak ng oportunidad para sa Kabataang Quirinian.

Kaugnay nito ang courtesy visit sa Kalakhang Manila at University of the Philippines - Los Baños, Laguna upang higit pang mapalawig ang ugnayan at mapatatag ang koordinasyon para sa kapakinabangan ng mga mag-aaral sa labas ng lalawigan.

In observance of the National Hazing Prevention Week, the QSO – PLT College, Inc. Chapter actively joined the Anti-Hazing Seminar held on February 13, 2026.

The seminar aimed to raise awareness about anti-hazing policies and promote responsible leadership, respect, and accountability within the academic community. Through its participation, the chapter reaffirms its commitment to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and violence-free environment for all PLTcians.
