Preserving Traditions, Empowering Communities! 🇵🇭
We're excited to share the success of the Food Processing & Preservation Workshop: Longganisa and Tocino!

Held on November 20, 2025, at Vine’s Kitchen Dormitory, PLT College Inc., the CCEOP-CHTBIS equipped beneficiaries from Vista Alegre, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya with practical, income-generating skills.

The primary aim of this Workshop was to equip community members from Vista Alegre, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, with practical, income-generating skills in traditional Filipino meat processing.

A big shoutout to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success! A special thank you to Mam Precious Grospe who taught us how to prepare the delicious longganisa and tocino!

Happy 34th Founding Anniversary to PLT College! 🎂

The CCEOP-CTHM baked 322 delicious muffins to celebrate this special milestone of PLT College, INC. These sweet treats were our way of showing gratitude and celebrating with the entire PLT College community. The baking took place at the Vines Kitchen in the PLT dorm last September 17, 2025.

This activity was more than just baking; it was a heartwarming collaboration to honor the college's legacy and success.

A big thank you to Sir Jayson Laciste, the OIC-Director of CCEOP, and the CCEOP officers for their invaluable effort and hard work in helping us prepare and pack the muffins. Your dedication made this celebration even sweeter!

The College of Hospitality and Tourism Management Department held a workshop titled “Empowering Livelihoods: Workshop on Baking Bread and Pastries” on May 31, 2025, at Vines Kitchen, PLT Dorm.

The workshop aimed to equip community members with essential baking skills, fostering creativity and enhancing livelihood opportunities in the culinary arts.

The CCEOP-CHTM Student Volunteers conducted a seminar titled “Best Practices for Ensuring Food Safety and Hygiene Tips in Culinary Operations” on April 28, 2025. The seminar was held from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Barangay Hall in Vista Alegre, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
