The ๐๐๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โ ๐ก๐ฉ๐ฆ๐จ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ successfully conducted โ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐: ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ,โ held at the CBE Ground on April 25, 2026.
This meaningful initiative was designed to equip JMA-NVSU members, officers, aspiring Marketing Management student leaders, as well as Class Presidents and Vice Presidents with the essential knowledge, skills, and values needed to become effective and responsible leaders.
Anchored on the theme โ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐: ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐,โ the program provided participants with valuable opportunities to enhance their leadership abilities, strengthen teamwork and collaboration, and develop sound decision-making skills that are essential in navigating both academic and real-world challenges.
The event was further enriched by the presence of our distinguished guest speaker, ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ธ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ต๐๐ฎ, who generously shared her insights, experiences, and inspiring message on leadership and personal growth. Through this training, participants were able to gain not only knowledge but also a renewed mindsetโone that embraces innovation, values collaboration, and strives to create meaningful impact in their respective roles and future careers.
