Alpha Phi Omega - Zeta Epsilon (Visayas State University) Chartered by the APO National Council on July 4, 1982 under Zeta Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega International (Phils.) Collegiate Fraternity and Sorority.

Founded at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1925, it is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization headquartered in Independence, Missouri. Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity has more than 17,000 male and female student members at 366 college campuses nationwide. Its mission is to prepare campus and community leaders through service. Its purpose is to develop leadership, to promote friendship and to provide service to humanity.
