Look||On August 20, 2026, PLT COL TYRON VALENZONA, Force Commander of 2nd Laguna Provincial Mobile Force Company spearheaded a powerful "Mentoring the Mentors" training program tailored for the 2nd LPFMC Squad Leaders. The session focused on reinforcing foundational leadership and accountability through the introductory lesson of "Squad ko, Responsibilidad ko" (My Squad, My Responsibility), establishing a clear, unified understanding of effective mentorship. The session featured encouraging remarks from Sir Tyrone, who urged all platoon squad leaders to embrace their roles in the SWIM-MBK activity by sharing lessons from the Squad Manual . The event was further enriched by guest life coaches, including Jasper Nucos of the Siniloan MPS Intel Squad, a representative from the Kapatalan Mobile Force, and Rico Dorilag of the Famy MPS.
