(MBDFI) was created in honor of the legacies started and pursued by the late Mountain Province Representative Maximo B. Dalog, which includes sustainability of the social services in favor of the people of Mountain Province especially when it comes with health and educational services. (MBDFI) was launched on October 1, 2017 at Napo, Bila, Bauko, Mountain Province, his family home. It was then officially registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 7, 2018. was created in honor of the legacies started and pursued by the late Mountain Province Representative Maximo B. Dalog, which includes sustainability of the social services in favor of the people of Mountain Province especially when it comes to health and educational services. This non-profit organization was conceptualized by the Dalog family to primarily extend financial assistance to indigent patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). In addition, it advocates to increase CKD awareness, kidney transplant and its benefits, proper renal care and preventive nephrology. It also intends to grant scholarships to poor but deserving students at the tertiary level as well as sponsor educational and man-power training programs for youth development. In order to extend the above social services to its intended beneficiaries, the MBDFI works with government agencies, government-controlled corporations, accredited non-government organizations, business establishments, the academe, civil society organizations and other stakeholders. Through these different partnerships, the MBDFI was able to reach stakeholders even in the most far-flung areas of Mountain Province.
