The Maximo B. Dalog Foundation Inc. in partnership with Congressman Maximo "Maxi" Y. Dalog, Jr., both represented by Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Y. Dalog-Duclan distributed various medical supplies to different institutions this week.
The Mountain Province State University received Band-Aids, oximeters, infrared thermometers, and Liquid IV intended for the Nursing Department. MPSU President Edgar Cue personally received the supplies on behalf of the university.
Medical supplies were also turned over to the Department of Education-Mountain Province, including Pediatric Care Kits, Liquid IV, and Band-Aids. These will be used during the sports meet to support the provision of basic healthcare for student-athletes.
In addition, the Philippine Red Cross also received medical supplies consisting of Liquid IV, Oral Rehydration Solution Mix, gauze pads, syringes, and tubes. The provision of these supplies will aid them in delivering their services in the province. They also received bar soaps as part of the foundationโs hygiene and wellness program.
The Bontoc General Hospital likewise received Pediatric Care Kits and Isolation Gowns. These supplies will further support the hospital in the delivery of efficient and responsive healthcare services to patients in need. Dr. Davie Ayan and Supervising Administrative Officer Juanita Lampac received the donations.
Lastly, the Municipal Local Government of Bontoc, through its Municipal Health Officr, also received Pediatric Care kits and Liquid IV. The supplies were personally received by Bontoc Mayor Franklin Odsey and Dr. Diga Gomez of the Bontoc MHO. This initiative is part of the foundationโs continuing efforts to assist in providing essential healthcare services to the community.
