BREAKING: In a video sent to reporters, former Rep. Elizaldy Co admits inserting P100 billion in the 2025 national budget, but under President Bongbong Marcos and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez's instruction.
The allocation was split for the DPWH infrastructure projects and unprogrammed funds, which Co claims was also discussed with DBM Sec. Ameenah Pangandaman, PLLO Usec. Adrian Bersamin and DOJ Usec. Jose Cadiz.
