๐ข PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW.
๐The free printing service is open to all bona fide residents or students within the barangay. Users may be asked to present a valid ID or proof of residence/student status.
๐Each individual is entitled to free printing of up to 10 pages per day. Printing beyond 10 pages you can bring your own bond papers.
๐The allowed documents are Academic requirements such as projects, reports, assignments, or forms and Government-related documents (e.g., scholarship forms, barangay certificates).
๐Files must be submitted in PDF file and be sent to SK Gmail Account [email protected] or send it to our page Sangguniang Kabataan of San Juan. Flash drives are strictly prohibited to avoid transmittals of viruses.
๐Printing services are available Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and for Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Only excluding holidays. Printing is on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone will be accommodated. Strictly no rush printing.
๐The SK office will maintain a logbook recording the name, purpose, and number of pages printed for transparency and accountability.
