BABAE NA MAY KASONG PAGLABAG SA CYBERCRIME PREVENTION ACT, ARESTADO SA BRGY. IRAWAN, LUNGSOD NG PUERTO PRINCESA

Arestado ng mga otoridad ang isang babae na may kasong paglabag sa cybercrime prevention act sa Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City, ngayong araw ng Lunes, July 28, 2025.

Ang suspek ay 27-anyos, walang asawa, residente ng Sitio Mariahangin, Bugsuk (New Cagayancillo), Balabac, Palawan.

Siya ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ng Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court, 4th Judicial Region, Branch 52, para sa dalawang bilang ng paglabag sa RA 10175 o ang Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 na may inirekomendang piyansa na nagkakahalaga ng P10,000 para sa pansamantala nitong kalayaan.

Samantala, ang suspek ay nasa kustodiya na ng Police Station 2 para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at disposisyon.

The 1st Pinya Run 2025 is a newly added highlight activity of the 7th Pinya Festival Celebration in our Municipality. This activity will serve as a powerful platform to promote healthy lifestyles, emphasizing physical activity, well-being, and personal responsibility for health.

The 1st Pinya Run 2025 will be open only to 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗮 who are running enthusiast, in their running era or trying to start a more active lifestyle.

Assembly: New Municipal Hall
Route: To Brgy. Inogbong (final U-turn point to be determined)
Gun start: 5:00AM
Cut off time: up to 8:00AM
Registration Fee: None

Race bib will be provided at the assembly area before the official gun start.
There will be two (2) hydration stations to be set up at the 2.5km and 5km u-turn points.

*Interested employees from national agencies will be invited as pacer but not as a racer and be given finisher medal.
