Kabataan ang batas, kabataan ang bukas! Successfully concluded last March 22, 2026, at the Sinsayan Lounge, Batangas City Sports Coliseum, the SK Banaba Ibaba Youth Code Summit gathered empowered youth leaders and organizations in shaping policies that truly represent the voice of the next generation.

This initiative was made possible in collaboration with the Panlungsod na Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan - Batangas City and the LYDO Batangas City, in coordination with the Model SK. Maraming salamat sa pakikiisa at aktibong partisipasyon ng ating mga katuwang:

A look back at the highlights from the SK Banaba Ibaba Youth Code Summit held on March 22, 2026, at the Sinsayan Lounge, Batangas City Sports Coliseum. The day was filled with meaningful conversations, shared ideas, and real collaboration among youth leaders and organizations — all working together to help shape policies for the youth.

𝐂𝐘𝐃𝐂 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 2026

The 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐘𝐃𝐂) successfully held its 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 on 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 24, 2026 at the SK Federation Office - Batangas City, bringing together youth leaders and organizations to strengthen coordination, accountability, and long-term youth development initiatives in Batangas City.

Presided over by 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐓𝐞𝐣𝐚𝐝𝐚, SK Federation President, and with attendance checked by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚, City Youth Development Officer, the meeting tackled key agenda items such as the monitoring of the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) 2024–2026, Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) requirements, SK compliance monitoring, the Batangas City Youth Code, and the initial planning for LYDP 2027–2029.

Important resolutions and directions were set, including the strengthening of SK monitoring mechanisms, assignment of CYDC organizations per cluster, activation of youth development programs, voter registration initiatives, BSP recruitment, partnerships for women’s month activities, and preparations for city-wide youth development projects anchored on the 10 Centers of Youth Participation.

The meeting reaffirmed the CYDC’s commitment to active citizenship, inclusive governance, and empowered youth leadership, as we continue to work together toward Makabagong Aksyon na Matatag ng Kabataan.

Together, we build a more responsive, organized, and future-ready youth sector for Batangas City.

🟡 𝘿𝘼𝙔 2: 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙊𝙂𝙉𝙄𝙕𝙀𝘿!🟡

Day two of the 3𝐫𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 2025 was all about purposeful engagement. A hundred youth leaders from across Batangas City came together to discuss pressing issues and align their advocacy with the 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏

Through meaningful conversations and collective thinking, they will set the floor for developing solutions that truly address the needs of their communities. It was a day of leadership, reflection, and a powerful reminder that youth voices are essential in shaping inclusive and responsive governance.

Maaga pa lamang ay nagsisidatingan na ang mga delegado para sa Day 2 ngayong araw, August 3, para sa 3𝚛𝚍 𝙱𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚊𝚜 𝙲𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝚈𝚘𝚞𝚝𝚑 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜 𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜 sa OCVAS Function Hall, Bolbok, Batangas City.

Magaganap ngayong araw ang mga pagdinig sa mga resolusyon na kanilang inihanda para sa youth development ng lungsod at eleksyon ng mga Junior City Officials na magsisilbing counterparts ng mga City Officials and Department Heads sa pagdiriwang ng Linggo ng Kabataan 2025.

Ang Congress ngayong taon ay pinangunahan ng SAKTO Federation of Batangas City, City Youth Development Council and SK Federation of Batangas City.

The 3rd Batangas City Youth Leaders Congress 2025 has officially kicked off! 💥

For two days, 100 active youth leaders from all over Batangas City are gathering to engage in meaningful dialogue, collaborate on pressing issues, and develop real, actionable solutions for the community. 🤝💬

This congress is more than just a gathering—it's a powerful avenue for youth participation in governance, leadership development, and united action. ✊🌍

Organized by the SAKTO Federation of Batangas City, CYDC, and SK Federation of Batangas City, this initiative highlights the unstoppable power of youth working with and for each other. 💡
