The OECES envisions itself as a Center of Excellence in various programs, an acknowledge expert in the key areas of research in engineering sciences, fully dedicated to the will of the students, and a leader in community/extension services. It also envisions for itself an extended presence and services to the entire organization members, and a more functional networking mechanism with othe

r university's student organization. MISSION:
The Organization of Electronics and Communications Engineering Students, OECES, an academic organization entitled to all BSECE students of PUP-STBC Sto.Tomas, Batangas commits itself to the pursuit of truth and the to the preservation, advancement and transmission of knowledge in the engineering sciences through the use of reason illuminated by faith. The OECES affirms its role in the formation of men and women to become competent and compassionate professional committed to the service of the university, the nation and the global community. Provide quality education through inspection, advance research and extension services.
2. Produce world class professionals as potential industry leaders and job providers.
3. Maintain, upgrade or improve facilities through the application of engineering technology. Strengthen the engineering programs consistent with global trends;
2. Develop the faculty as competent mentors and quality researchers, through advanced studies, and other facets of continuing professional education;
3. Develop the critical thinking and communications skills of students, giving emphasis to research and extension services;

What matters is choosing to hold on to hope, even when the road ahead is unclear.

Not every prayer is answered right away, but Romans 12:12 calls us to remain joyful in hope, patient in affliction, and faithful in prayer because God is still working, even in the waiting.
