The Organization of Electronics and Communications Engineering Students, OECES, an academic organization entitled to all BSECE students of PUP-STBC Sto.Tomas, Batangas commits itself to the pursuit of truth and the to the preservation, advancement and transmission of knowledge in the engineering sciences through the use of reason illuminated by faith. The OECES affirms its role in the formation of men and women to become competent and compassionate professional committed to the service of the university, the nation and the global community. Provide quality education through inspection, advance research and extension services.
