The Turnover and Closing Ceremony serves as a significant milestone that marks not only the end of the current term but also the formal conclusion of the organizationโs years of service to its members and the student body. It is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and accountability for everything the organization has accomplished through collective effort across time.
In this ceremony, turnover is understood not as the passing of leadership, but the proper and formal transfer of all organizational documents, records, and essential materials of the term to the Deanโs Office, through the Adviser and Department Chair of BSBA, Dr. Amor Ilagan. This ensures that all resources are preserved, properly accounted for, and made available for continued academic and organizational use, strengthening continuity beyond the term, as these may be accessed or utilized by students and instructors.
As this chapter closes, we honor the people, the work, and the purpose that defined the organizationโs journey. What remains is not only the record of service, but the impact it leaves behind for future students to build upon.
