Today, as we raise our flag, we do not just look back at a date in history. We honor a living spirit of resistance that beats in the heart of every Filipino.

The story of our independence is written in the blood, sweat, and tears of ordinary people who became heroes. They chose the hard road of defiance because they knew that a life without dignity is no life at all.

To celebrate Philippine Independence Day is to remember that freedom is not a historic artifact. Let us carry the fire of the revolution into our daily lives. We are the inheritors of a radical love for freedom. We cannot afford to be silent. We cannot afford to be indifferent. Speak up for the truth. Stand with the oppressed. 📢

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄!

As another term concludes, the Association of Young Public Administration (AYPA) proudly shares with you the Financial Transparency Report for A.Y. 2025-2026. Every peso you entrust us with, AYPA carries a purpose; each initiative reflects accountability, and every effort embodies our promise to serve with transparency and credibility.

Across two semesters, AYPA generated a total of ₱26,410.51 in the First Semester, with ₱19,200.34 allocated to cultural and leadership initiatives, leaving ₱7,210.17. In the Second Semester, ₱29,030.17 was generated, with ₱20,265.44 spent on major events such as AYPA Vision 360 and the Lingkod Bayan Youth Congress, leaving a balance of ₱8,764.73.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us and made these milestones possible. This report is our way of showing that transparency builds credibility, credibility nurtures trust, and trust inspires us to serve better.

The votes have been tallied, the constituent feedback is in, and the mandate is clear: another Lingkod-bayans deliver results!

They walked into the venue with a vision and walked out with a haul that requires its own security detail. On May 30, 2026, the creative and "lucky" powerhouse made history at the Batangas City Convention Center during the highly anticipated "BINHI" BRADkada Short Film Festival 2026! Under the festival's deep and moving theme, "Ehemplo ng Batangueñong Dakila", they presented their film Lucky 'NAYn—a cinematic tribute to the resilience, nobility, and serving heart of the Batangueño that brought storytelling to life in a way that truly resonated with the community.

In response to the recent electoral situation for Academic Year 2026–2027, the Association of Young Public Administrators (AYPA) formally releases its statement regarding the appointment process implemented to ensure the continuity of leadership, organizational operations, and student representation.

Consultations were conducted with the organization adviser and the Office of Student Organizations (OSO), alongside the procedures undertaken to address vacant positions. Transparency, accountability, fairness, and due process were observed throughout the selection and appointment procedure.

AYPA remains committed to serving the student body with integrity and responsible leadership as the organization continues its initiatives and programs for the academic year ahead.

Ang tunay na kapangyarihan ng isang demokratikong bansa ay hindi nagmumula sa iilang tao sa posisyon; ito ay nagmumula sa kolektibong desisyon ng mamamayan. Bilang mga estudyanteng hinuhubog upang maging kritikal at mulat, hindi sapat na tayo ay nagmamasid lamang sa mga suliranin ng lipunan. Ang kinabukasan ng ating komunidad, ng ating edukasyon, at ng susunod na henerasyon ay nakasalalay sa mga desisyong ginagawa natin ngayon. Oras na para tayo naman ang magpasya!

Huwag nang patagalin pa ang pagpaparehistro na hanggang MAYO 18, 2026 (LUNES) LAMANG.

MGA REGISTRATION CENTERS SA LUNGSOD NG BATANGAS:

1. Magtungo sa pangunahing tanggapan ng COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS (COMELEC) Batangas City na matatagpuan sa 2nd Floor, City Hall Complex, P. Burgos Street, Poblacion, Batangas City. Bukas sila mula 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM.

2. Maaari ring i-tsek ang huling iskedyul ng mga pop-up registration hubs sa mga malls tulad ng SM City Batangas (Ground Level) o iba pang anunsyo mula sa opisyal na page ng Comelec Region IV-A Batangas City bago sumapit ang huling araw.

Isang pila lang ngayon, tatlong beses nang maririnig ang boses mo!

Hindi mo lang ibinubukas ang pinto para sa 2026 Barangay at SK Elections, kundi sinisiguro mo na rin ang iyong kapangyarihang pumili ng mga karapat-dapat mamahala sa 2028 National Election

Huwag nating hayaang iba ang magpasya para sa kinabukasan na tayo naman ang titira.

Magparehistro na, dahil ang talino at tapang ng kabataan ay mas kailangan ngayon sa balota!
