Highlighting the importance of public speaking within and outside the academe, the English Language Studentsโ€™ Society spearheaded DISKURSO 1.0 with the theme, โ€œSpeak to Succeed, Unlocking Careers through the Public Speaking" at the CITE Lecture Rooms, Gabriela Silang Building, April 29.

Ms. Gianna Abao, a Filipino content creator and a TEDx speaker, served as the guest speaker in the seminar. She captivated every ELSSkada in her outline of a melancholic love story to a story of success built through the power of public speaking.

Truly, kahit kabado, kahit backburner o second option, we can craft ourselves paths with empowered voices of passion and purpose.
