In Batangas City, Dr. Sofia Catibog, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Batangas, has spent her career shaping both patient care systems and the next generation of nurses. Under her stewardship, the College of Nursing achieved multiple 100% passing rates in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination from 2019 to 2025, including top-performing graduates. Beyond performance metrics, Catibog demonstrated unwavering integrity in both clinical and academic governance.
