Buong pusong nakikiisa ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Talisay sa pamumuno ni Mayor Nestor D. Natanauan sa muling pagbabalik ng 𝗔𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗵! 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng 444th Founding Anniversary ng Lalawigan ng Batangas.
