The evaluation form for Tahimik na Pagpapatuloy: Saglit na Pagbuo is now open. Centered on promoting well-being, this seminar guided HR students in coping with stress and burnout through rest, self-awareness, and maintaining balance in both academic and personal life.

From meaningful insights to alumni experiences during the open forum, the session created a space to reflect, learn, and reconnect with the importance of mental health.
