From July 24โ€“26, 2026, Laoag City became the ultimate hub of youth empowerment, leadership, and camaraderie during AGTUTUBOOT 4.0!

This incredible gathering brought together passionate young minds united by a single purpose: to build a safer, drug-free, and progressive community. A massive shoutout and heartfelt gratitude to KKDAT Ilocandia Inc. Ilocos Norte and the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office (INNPO) for initiating and spearheading this life-changing event!

The KKDAT Ilocandia - City of Batac Chapter joined hands with the City of Batac Police Station for a community outreach program.

Together with Pastora Noralyn P. Imbat from the Lord of the Harvest Ministries, traveled to far flung areas. They distributed school supplies to children who are 6 to 9 years old.

This teamwork between the youth, the police, and the church helped families get ready for the new school year. We are so happy to bring big smiles to these children and help them with their studies.
