The newly elected officers of the English Language Society (ELSoc) officially took their oath of office during the CAS Panagsapata 2026, held this morning, August 3, at the CAS Lobby, marking the beginning of their term for Academic Year 2026โ2027.
Led by newly elected President Angel B. Malapit, the officers formally assumed their respective roles and responsibilities for the academic year. Joining them in this significant occasion were the Societyโs Adviser, Ms. Sher-Amie Grave R. Macoco, and Co-Adviser, Ms. Angelyn Dela Cruz.
This yearโs ceremony also welcomed the organizationโs newly established leadership positions, including the Assistant Public Information Officers and the Committee Director, Chairpersons, and Members, reflecting ELSocโs continued commitment to strengthening student leadership and fostering greater collaboration within the organization.
As they officially assume their respective roles, the newly sworn officers pledge to lead with integrity and serve with purpose to uphold the Societyโs mission of promoting excellence in the English language while creating meaningful opportunities for its members.
