πŸ’§Improved Water Quality and Upcoming Water System Rehabilitation πŸ’§

We are pleased to inform everyone that the Brookfield Homeowners Association, Inc., through the initiative of the Board of Directors and with the valuable assistance of our consultants, Doc Philbert Muga and Engr. Joel Romero has successfully installed two tanks of filter equipment at the cistern.

These filters are now helping address issues of water discoloration and foul odor, leading to improved water quality for every homeowner’s unit.

To ensure a continuous and safe water supply, the Association will also be conducting rehabilitation work on the water tank system.

Upon inspection, it was found that the pipes going to the water tank have already rusted and now require replacement.

🚧 As a result, please expect temporary water service interruptions or low water pressure in the coming days or weeks while this essential work is carried out.

πŸ“’ We will announce the schedule of the pipe replacement at least a day or two in advance through this page to help you prepare accordingly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to make these necessary improvements for the benefit of the entire Brookfield community.

Thank you for your continued support!
