One hour. One planet. One chance.

Across different communities, Earth Hour brought us together not just simply to celebrate this special moment but to honor, appreciate, and remember our "home."

In silent echoes of the night, candles were lit, and the hope to save our planet was restored. Even just for an hour of turning off our lights already counts as a big step to ease the burdens we put on the back of our Mother Earth every single day.

Remember, our planet doesn't need one person doing everything perfectly, but billions of us doing what we can.

PAGPALIWALIWA SA KABUKIDAN: 2ND MONTHLY HIKING ACTIVITY🌄

Hawak ng yabvivis ang beat now that they have officially met our new friend!

The journey all started with our YouActive riding the canter while our ball of sunshine—Joy2x, led the singing session. Of course, it wouldn’t be a true hiking experience without trekking along the trail, with the sun gently kissing their skin. A few stops happened due to exhaustion, but still, it wasn’t enough for them to give up and stop moving forward.

The short program started with a simple “kilalahay,” where our new applicants introduced themselves and mingled with the old members to break the ice. The day wouldn’t be complete without our always-fun charades, where members exercised their unique facial expressions and put their minds to the test. What was most unforgettable today was finally meeting our long-awaited friend and officially welcoming them as part of our humble family.

The day ended with our yabvivis writing heartfelt messages to their future selves and hiding them in a place embraced by Mother Nature. They also had fun playing in the water, swimming, and simply appreciating the moment. Once again, this was not simply a “panglakaton” sa bukid, but a “pagpaliwaliwa” sa kabukidan.

Makikilala nyo na ang bagong housemate—este, yabvivi ng family, this March 15, as we set foot on the mountains once again for our second hiking activity this year. This is not just for the adventure, but for a chance to relax, stretch those legs, and maki-bonding with our new friend. After all the anticipation, this is a moment you definitely don’t want to miss!
