•The participant should be a bona fide resident of barangay Balao ages 15-30 years old.

•This competition is open for all talents may it be singing, dancing, a play or a combination of any.

•Contestants may perform in solo or in groups having a maximum number of 15 members.

•Every performer will be given a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 6 minutes which shall be the duration for their entire performance. For each exceeding minute, a deduction of 2 points will be taken from their over-all score.
