DepEd CALABARZON Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), in partnership with JCI Baras, is currently looking for Tutor applicants/referrals from Rizal and Antipolo areas.

The Government Internship Program (GIP) is a program of the Department of Labor and Employment ( ) that provides young people with the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience in government service. Through this partnership, selected GIP Tutors will help support DepEd’s academic recovery, literacy, numeracy, and learning intervention programs.

💼 Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) - DepEd CALABARZON Regional Office
📍Gate 2 Karangalan Village, Karangalan Drive, Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal 1900

Preferred qualifications:
✅ Teacher Education graduate
✅ 18–30 years old
✅ No previous government employment
✅ Preferably first-time GIP applicant
✅ With good moral character
✅ Physically and mentally fit to work
✅ Interested in teaching, community service, and public service
✅ Available for immediate deployment

Engagement details:
📌 Target implementation period: June to November 2026
📌 Approximate service duration: 132 service days (6 months)
📌 Stipend: ₱600.00 per day, subject to DOLE processing and program guidelines
📌 Payroll schedule: every 15th and 30th of the month, subject to timely submission of requirements

JCI Metro Area 1st Area Council Meeting and Avante Training

JCI Baras proudly took part in the 1st Metro Area Council Meeting and Avante Training—bringing together leaders committed to collaboration, growth, and impact.

In representation of our Local Organization, 2025 Treasurer Trixie Aliza Yap-Reyes served as Chief Delegate on behalf of 2026 Pres. Hazel, ensuring that JCI Baras’ voice and presence remained active in every discussion and direction-setting moment of the Area.

Meanwhile, a proud milestone for our Chapter—2026 Secretary Justine Mark M. Guzman officially took his oath as Area Chairperson (AC) for UNSDG, stepping into a key leadership role for one of JCI’s flagship programs. 🌏

From insightful discussions and structured sessions, to the formal oath-taking of leaders ready to serve, the event highlighted what JCI does best—developing leaders who take action.

The room spoke of professionalism and purpose—delegates in sharp business attire, engaged in conversations that matter, building connections across chapters. Moments of learning were balanced with energy and camaraderie, as future-forward leaders shared space, ideas, and vision.
