Our souls are shaped by what we consume. As our bodies hunger for nourishing food, our hearts long for the Bread of Life. Every meal reminds us of God's faithful provision, and every blessing at the table is an invitation to gratitude.

This Nutrition Month, may we choose not only what strengthens the body, but also what feeds the spirit — His Word, His love, and His grace. For a healthy life begins where Christ is welcomed.
