Leadership is not only learned in theory—it is shaped in real situations, real challenges, and real stories.

In Sessions 5–8 of the Project Management Bootcamp, guided by Kerk Pacifico and Brian Dela Peña, our iSKOLARS explored leadership where it truly matters—in the trenches. From understanding the Island Reality and the Art of the Pivot, to crafting Storytelling for Impact, and receiving guidance through Mentorship: The Final Polish, each session deepened our perspective on leading with purpose.

This reminded us that true leadership is adaptive, reflective, and grounded in the realities of the communities we serve.

Growth does not stop at planning—it is tested in action.

In Day 1 of the Project Management Bootcamp, guided by Samuel Desuyo and Linmar C. Cayson Jr., our iSKOLARS faced the real questions behind every initiative—Where are we, really? How do we ask? What do we have? What can we do in 30 days?

From the Traction Audit to the Art of the Ask, from Resource Alchemy to the 30-Day Sprint, this day reminded us that leadership is not about ideas alone—it is about clarity, courage, and ex*****on.

The iSKLA Academy Gawad Ariya is awarded to an iSKOLAR whose dedication to service and youth development inspires iSKLA Academy and the whole of Bantayan Island.

From being an iSKOLAR in Season 2 to a key member of the Working Committee (Seasons 3–5), this year’s awardee has shared his talents, vision, and creativity—most notably by leading the rebranding of iSKLA Academy and renewing our collective mission.

With pride and gratitude, we present the iSKLA Academy Gawad Ariya Award to a true servant-leader— Jester H. Alob.

Gawad iSKLA 2025: Color Badge Awards

Leadership doesn’t look the same in every group— and that’s what makes it powerful.

We recognize each color badge who lived out the values of collaboration, courage, direction, and growth within their teams. A celebration of strengths that moved their groups forward.

Congratulations, Batch Duyog iSKOLARS!

Day 3 reminded us why this matters.

It wasn’t just about listening— it was about seeing, engaging, and connecting with the community we serve.

Our iSKOLARS shared reflections rooted in empathy, responsibility, and action. What we learned inside the room now meets real island realities outside it.

Four reflections. One direction.
Leadership with purpose, always.

Learning doesn’t stop at ideas — it moves with action.

In Module 5: Project Management, guided by Mr. Johnro Joseph Guaren, our iSKOLARS learned how to turn purpose into plans and visions into doable projects.

From organizing ideas to mapping timelines and responsibilities, this module grounded leadership in structure and ex*****on.

It reminded us that meaningful impact requires not just passion, but clarity, discipline, and follow-through.

Learning goes beyond the four walls of a session hall.

In Module 4: Community Involvement and Immersion, guided by Ms. Janvarica Acop, our iSKOLARS stepped into real community spaces—observing, listening, and engaging with intention.

This module reminded us that leadership is not performative— it is present, grounded, and responsive.
