Real-world readiness starts with strong preparation.
The Bachelor of Science in Cooperative Management Internship Orientation Seminar, held on December 11, 2025, at the ISCC Function Hall ,provided our 4th-year and 2nd year Cooperative Management students with essential knowledge and practical guidance before stepping into their internship.
With the support of our visionary and transform ative college administrator Dr. Roel Palo Anicas emphasizes the importance of having the OJT as it is the preparation in the real-world for the students. And Ms. Maricel R. Fagel the Coop Mgt. Program Head delivers her warm welcome remarks to the BSCM interns and she stated the significance of the on the job training.
πTopic 1, led by Mr. ARIEL JAY SOMERA, Administrative Officer V, Provincial Human Resource Management Office focused on office etiquette, professional decorum, and proper work ethics in a workplace.
πTopic 2, facilitated by Mr. Mark Welson Chengong, ISCC Instructor highlighted key workplace safety laws, including the Gender Sensitivity and Safe Spaces Act and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act.
πTopic 3, with Mr. Patrick Jose Sudayon, ISCC Instructor highlighted Health and Safety in a Workplace.
And also Mr. Greg R. Fernandez, BSCM OJT Coordinator, highlighted OJT program guidelines, internship requirements, client relations, and a simulation of real office activities.
