ISCC Participates in the 2026 Student Leaders Conference and PADS ACHIEVE Awards

The ISCC participatee in the 2026 Student Leaders Conference and the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) ACHIEVE Awards held on June 30, 2026, at the Monarch Hotel in Calasiao, Pangasinan.

The event brought together student leaders from various higher education institutions to strengthen leadership capacities, encourage active youth participation in nation-building L, and recognize outstanding initiatives of higher education institutions (HEIs) and student organizations in support of the government's anti-illegal drugs campaign under the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS).

Representing ISCC at the event were Mr. Bryan Cabico, Designated Guidance Counselor, and Ms. Joyce Welba, Interim President of the Supreme Student Council. Their participation reflects the institution's continued commitment to developing student leadership and promoting programs that foster responsible citizenship, community engagement, and a drug-free society.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝘐𝘚𝘊𝘊 𝘚𝘚𝘊 𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘕𝘖𝘙𝘍𝘐𝘓 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘠𝘋𝘖’𝘴 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱

To ensure that future student-led initiatives are fully inclusive and welcoming to all, the ISCC Supreme Student Council participated in the "Disability Sensitivity Workshop: Understanding Disability Concepts, Rights and Laws." The event was held at the Old Governor's Office, Ilocos Sur Provincial Capitol, on June 29–30, 2026.

This impactful capacity-building seminar was made possible through the valuable partnership of the NORFIL Foundation and the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO) of Ilocos Sur.

For the Supreme Student Council, this workshop was more than just an educational event—it was a vital stepping stone toward shaping the future of student leadership. By deepening their understanding of disability concepts and fundamental rights, the SSC is now better equipped to ensure that every future project, event, and initiative is universally accessible, respectful, and genuinely welcoming to everyone.

This dedication directly aligns with the RISE ISCC vision, proving that the council is constantly ready to Respond to student needs, Inspire inclusivity, Serve with empathy, and Empower every single member of the community.

Equipped with fresh perspectives and a renewed sense of purpose, the ISCC Supreme Student Council is ready to translate these insights into meaningful campus action.
