The Sagibin Volunteer Organization (SVO) brought volunteerism to the airwaves on October 1, 2026, through the second episode of ๐‘†๐‘Ž๐‘”๐‘–๐‘๐‘–๐‘› ๐‘‚๐‘› ๐ด๐‘–๐‘Ÿ: ๐‘†๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฃ๐‘–๐‘๐‘’ ๐‘–๐‘› ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›, held live at 100.9 DYMT Community Radio.

With the theme โ€œVolunteerism as a Pathway to Community Development,โ€ the episode featured Mr. Joel C. Ordona, Project Development Officers III and Provincial Volunteerism Program Focal Person, who discussed the history, initiatives, organizations, and future of volunteerism in Aklan.

Hosted by SVO members Maichael Scott R. Birrell and Ana Ramira from the College of Business and Management (CBM), the episode highlighted how volunteerism contributes to community development, civic engagement, and public service.
