𝐁𝐑𝐆𝐘. 𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐋 𝟑 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐍 (𝐊𝐊) 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐋𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓✨

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Rizal 3 successfully convened the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly on March 28, 2026, at the Barangay Rizal 3 Gymnasium. This assembly, held in compliance with Republic Act No. 10742, also known as the "Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015," highlights our commitment to fostering active youth participation in local governance.

The KK Assembly serves as a vital platform for the youth of our barangay, aged 15 to 30, to engage in meaningful discussions and decision-making processes on issues that affect our community. As mandated by the SK Reform Act, such assemblies are to be conducted at least once every six months, ensuring that the voices of the youth are regularly heard and considered in barangay affairs.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the youth members who actively participated, as well as to the barangay officials and community leaders who supported this endeavor. Together, we are building a more inclusive and empowered community through active youth engagement!

You fought a good fight. Every dribble, every pass, every rebound, and every shot reflected your hard work and determination. You played with courage, discipline, and heart, showing everyone what Rizal 3 is made of.

Although we did not advance to the Best of 4, you gave your absolute best in every single game. That effort alone is already a victory. True success is not only measured by trophies but by teamwork, resilience, and the pride of representing your community. This may not be the final result we hoped for, but it is a stepping stone toward a stronger and greater comeback.

Special thanks to Coach Kim Ladot and Coach Kenneth Catedral for your guidance and commitment to the team. Your hard work behind the scenes and belief in our players made this journey meaningful and memorable.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude for the full support of the Brgy. Council Barangay Rizal Bo. 3 Banga, SC headed by Hon. Rudy S. Pagulong, and especially to the SK Officials headed by Hon. Kay Marie D. Rodriguez. And to all our supporters, thank you for showing up, cheering loudly, and standing with the team through every win and every challenge. Your energy in the crowd fueled the players and reminded them that Rizal 3 stands together as one community. 💙
