This project is in partnership with Embassy of France to the Philippines and Micronesia, France Volontaires - Philippines, Stairway Foundation and the National Youth Volunteers' Coalition (NYVC)
If you’re a youth leader ready to protect our seas, this is for you.
Applicants should be:
- 18 - 30 years old
- An officer/member of a registered organization in your barangay/municipality/city or recognized by a national government agency
* Being an officer of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officer is a plus
* Preferably already have an experience being part of/organizing an activity or lobbying a resolution or ordinance related to Sea/Ocean or environment protection
