Heal Week comes after.

This a dedicated time to reconnect with yourself and focus on what nurtures your mind, body, and soul. Whether through creative outlets, quiet moments of reflection, or simply resting, the Guidance Services Office (GSO) invites you to take time for intentional self-care. No rush, no pressure.

Since healing is different for everyone, we encourage you to capture your healing journey through a photo or video and submit your entry to contribute to a larger sense of community where healing is celebrated.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, take a moment to ask yourself how you’re really feeling. Rest when you need to, talk to someone you trust, and remember that even small acts of self-care count. You don’t always have to be okay, and that’s perfectly fine. What matters is that you keep showing up for yourself, one small step at a time.

Baymax once said, “I am satisfied with my care.” We hope you can say the same about yours. Keep being gentle with yourself and don’t forget to give yourself warm hugs when life gets tough. 💚
