𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚: “𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙡𝙡.”

The Peterian Scouts proudly marked a historic day with their 3𝙧𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 1𝙨𝙩-𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙨.

With hearts full of pride and purpose, new scouts were formally welcomed as they pledged to live by the Scout Oath and Law. For the first time, the Senior Scouts were officially recognized with leadership ranks, such as Explorer, Pathfinder, and Outdoor Scout. The Rover Scouts were officially recognized for completing the 100 hrs community service, and receiving the Yellow Quadrant. These ranks symbolizes their preparedness to lead with integrity, innovation, purpose, and compassion.

We would like to thank our honored guests 𝙒𝘽𝙃. 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙤 𝙍𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙚, 𝙒𝘽𝙃. 𝙇𝙤𝙪𝙚𝙟𝙖𝙮 𝙎. 𝘿𝙤𝙢𝙤, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙒𝘽𝙃. 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣𝙧𝙚𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙨 for their presence and for being an inspiration to all scouts.

𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 ⚜️🌱

The Senior and Rover Scouts of St.Peter’s College of Misamis Oriental Inc. conducted a Malunggay Propagation Initiative as part of their commitment to community service and sustainability. This Activity was based on the Scout of the World Program, and served as the fulfillment of the Rover Scout’s 100 hours of community service.

The Scout of the World Program (SWP) is a global initiative that empowers the youth to take action on issues with the environment, development, and peace.

By planting Malunggay, the Scouts, helped preserve the environment, promoted community development with the sustainable food sources, and encouraged peace by working together in serving others. The Scouts also promoted greener surroundings and also encouraged proper nutrition and healthier lifestyles.

For the Rover Scouts, the Activity marked the fulfillment of their needed community service hours, showing dedication to volunteering and leadership. They planted seeds of change, strengthening their bond with the community and promoting a greener, healthier future.

In conclusion, the Malunggay Planting Activity successfully showed the goals of the Scout of the World Program, the advocacy of “Go Green to Healthier Scouting,” and the service mission of Rover Scouting. ⚜️

⚜️Scouts United for Peace and the Environment.

On September 21, 2025, in observance of the United Nations International Day of Peace and in compliance with BSP National Memorandum No. 74, series of 2025, the Scouts and Scout Leaders came together in unity and service.

The day began with the Scouts participation in the 2nd Catholic Mass at Sta. Rita de Cascia Parish. As early as 6:00 a.m., Scouts from various schools actively participated.

After the Mass, the spirit of duty and responsibility continued as the Scouts proceeded to the coastal clean-up activity, in line with the International Coastal Clean-Up Program, an initiative of WOSM, BSP, and the United Nations. With their neckerchiefs and hearts ready to serve, Scouts picked up litter, segregated wastes, and worked together to help restore the beauty of the bay.

The activities of the day became a meaningful expression of their Scouting Values of faith, service and peace. The Scouts showed that they are not only future leaders but also change makers in today’s time.

A Day of Commitment and Pride: Scouts Investiture, and Flag Retreat

Date: September 10, 2025
Venue: St.Peter’s College of Misamis Oriental Inc. (Main Building)
Time: 1:00-4:00 PM

On September 12, 2025, Outfit 0-127 held a memorable and meaningful Scouting meeting dedicated to two important milestones in every Scout’s journey: the Investiture Ceremony for new Scouts and the Donning of Ranks for those who have advanced through dedication and service.

As the day draws to an end, The scouts gathered to the quadrangle to honor our nation with a solemn flag retreat. With precision, dignity, and reverence, the flag is carefully lowered, folded, and retired for the evening, this is a moment of reflection that unites us in shared values and national pride.
