“Growing up in Balete with my beloved Lolo Vio and Lola Lita, I quickly learned that life would not be easy. But I also learned that with hard work, faith, and unwavering determination, there are no limits to what one can achieve. From selling chocolates, soaps, and books during my junior and senior high school to support my allowances and ease the burden on my grandparents, I never stopped pushing forward.
I pursued every scholarship I could find, like the RRP scholarship from Sir Ronald Precilla, because I believed that every small step counts in building a better future.
Today, I am proud to stand as an engineer and an On-Site Plant Operator at Nippon Sanso Ingasco, Inc., while also serving as an Assistant Unit Manager at PRU Life U.K., empowering others with financial literacy and the value of insurance. My journey shows that no matter where you start, faith and relentless effort can turn dreams into reality.
For me, hard work fueled by faith turns barriers into stepping stones, proving that with determination, the impossible becomes possible.

From a young student in Balete National High School, where he consistently ranked among the top and earned honors, Engr. Del Rio dreamed big. He became a proud University of Batangas Model and Ambassador, representing his university with pride and confidence. His hard work and determination carried him through the halls of Batangas State University—the National Engineering University—where he graduated in April 2025 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.
Today, Engr. Del Rio applies his expertise as a Plant Operator at Nippon Sanso Ingasco, Inc., overseeing a Nitrogen Gas Generator Plant with precision. Alongside this, he serves as Assistant Unit Manager at PRU Life U.K., using his skills to empower others as a Licensed Financial Advisor.
