To our whole BKD family, itโs hard to find the right words for a goodbye, especially when so much has been shared, learned, and felt along the way. The memories weโve created together arenโt something we can simply put into words. But if thereโs one thing we know, itโs that endings donโt erase what came beforeโthey simply make space for whatโs next.
To Sir Gervin and Sir Leenard, thank you for your patience, your guidance, and the heart you poured into leading us. You didnโt just guide officersโyou helped shape us into who we are today. Words fall short of expressing how deeply grateful the BKD family is for everything youโve done.
To the officers of the Barkada Kontra Droga organization, you made it. Through the challenges, the pressure, and the moments of doubtโyou stayed, you pushed through, and you gave your all. That kind of dedication doesnโt go unnoticed. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Carry that strength with you wherever you go, and never forget what you were able to overcome together.
To the new set of officers, thank you for accepting this responsibility and choosing to carry it forward. As your ates and kuyas begin to go their separate ways, we hope you continue the legacy weโve built and stand strong. There will be days when it feels heavyโwhen leadership becomes tiring, when decisions arenโt easy, and when you question if youโre doing enough. In those moments, remember why you started, who youโre continuing for, and remember that you are never alone in this journey. Lead with courage, integrity, and most importantly, heart.
