𝗚𝗔𝗗 | 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀

On December 11, 2025, the Gender and Development Club held a community outreach at Mamhut Elementary School in Mamhut Sur, Balasan, Iloilo. We conducted interactive sessions with the Grade 6 learners, tackling important topics like gender equality, safe spaces, bullying awareness, and HIV education having open conversations to break down stereotypes, empower young minds, and equip them with knowledge to protect themselves and support others. A big thank you to all the GAD officers and teachers who made this event possible! 💕🌍

𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐦 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠 𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧 ✨

With the theme 𝗩𝗔𝗪 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘀, 𝗡𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝘀! 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗛𝗦 joins the launching of the campaign through conducting a community outreach program last December 10, 2024 at Kinalkalan, Balasan, Iloilo. In collaboration with 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗚𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 (𝗚𝗧𝗪𝗖) and 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗚𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 the outreach was succesfuly conducted. 🧒🏻👧🏻💜

With great commitment and compassion, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 lend a welcoming opening remarks followed by the engaging and fun story telling by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝘃𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰 and the enjoyable games led by 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲, followed by the giving of tokens, and succeeded by the Closing Remarks led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗭𝘆𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀.

A safer tomorrow begins with our actions today. Through community outreach, we are raising awareness and creating lasting change for women and children. 🌎🎗️

𝙈𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙨:
1. Theme: “VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon na ang Oras!”
2. Venue: Balasan National High School Gymnasium @9: 00 AM
3. Participants: 5-10 members per curriculum level.
4. Focus: The performance should convey messages of empowerment, resilience, and awareness about VAW-C.
5. Concept Creation: Representatives should develop a dance narrative that aligns with the theme: “VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon na ang Oras!”
6. Performance Duration: The original dance piece should last between 4-6 minutes.
7. Collaboration: Participants may collaborate with peers or teachers for guidance and feedback, but outside choreographers are not allowed.
8. Music: The music must be appropriate for all audiences, free from explicit or offensive content, and can be in English, Filipino, or Hiligaynon.
9. Attire: Costumes should represent empowerment and resilience, incorporating colors related to the cause.

2. Submission: Via Google Drive
3. Length: At least 5 minutes.
4. Format: MP4 or MOV, compatible with various devices.
5. Eligibility: Only one entry will be accepted per curriculum level.
6. Group Size: 5-10 members per group.
7. Language: English, Filipino, or Hiligaynon (subtitles required for local languages).
8. Content: Must be both inspiring and informative, capturing the audience’s imagination and leaving a lasting impact.
