May mga gabi na ang liwanag ay hindi lang para magbigay aliw kundi para ipakita ang bunga ng bawat sakripisyo at pagsusumikap.

Sa isang pagtitipon kung saan ang pangalan ay may kwento at ang bawat hakbang ay may pinanggalingang laban, kikilalanin ang mga lider na hindi lang naglingkod kundi nagbigay saysay sa kanilang tungkulin.

At sa pagdating ng gabing ito, unti unting mabibigyang tinig ang mga kwento ng dedikasyon, tiyaga, at malasakit na bumuo sa isang komunidad ng mga lider na patuloy na itinataguyod ang pamantayan ng kahusayan.

Sa loob ng unibersidad, ang aklatan ay hindi lang tahimik na silid—ito ay parang kompas at ilaw sa gitna ng paglalakbay ng bawat iskolar. Sa ilalim ng Part IX – Library Services ng Revised BPSU Student Handbook 2025, ang Library and Information Services ang nagsisilbing gabay upang hindi maligaw sa dagat ng impormasyon at akademikong hamon.

Alinsunod sa Part IX – Library Services, may tatlong pangunahing serbisyong dapat malaman at ma-maximize ng bawat estudyante:

Una, ang pagbibigay ng 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 na eksklusibong para sa akademikong gamit. Mahalaga ito lalo na sa research writing, online submissions, at pag-access ng learning materials. Responsibilidad ng estudyante na gamitin ito nang maayos at naaayon sa layuning pang-edukasyon.

Ikalawa, ang 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 na maaaring hingin mula sa mga librarian. Hindi kailangang mahirapan mag-isa—nandiyan ang mga eksperto upang tumulong sa paghahanap ng credible sources, pagbuo ng research framework, at pag-navigate sa academic databases.

Ikatlo, ang access sa 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 sa pamamagitan ng campus portals. Ito ang gateway sa scholarly journals, e-books, at iba pang academic resources na mahalaga sa paggawa ng quality outputs.

This initiative provides essential information on where and how to report concerns, ensuring that every student of BPSU can take action with confidence. Whether online or offline, this guide is made to be saved, shared, and used whenever you need it most.

In collaboration with BPSU GAD Focal Point System-Center for Human Rights Education, this project strengthens our shared commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus community.

No one should feel alone in moments of uncertainty. By making reporting pathways visible and accessible, we empower every voice to be heard and every concern to be addressed.

Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) handles complaints related to sexual harassment through the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI).

Examples of sexual harassment:
• Offensive jokes, remarks, or actions from a superior or instructor
• Promising a higher grade or better score in exchange for sexual favors
• Offering promotion or opportunities in exchange for an intimate relationship

When authority is abused for personal gain, and influence is used with intimidation or sexual intent, it should never be ignored or taken lightly. These are clear acts of sexual harassment.

Remember: Whether in the workplace or in school, there is no place for any form of harassment.
Under the law, sexual harassment carries corresponding penalties.
