𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: A Meaningful Collaboration for 𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑷𝑶𝑾𝑬𝑹, 𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑷𝑳𝑨𝑵𝑬𝑻

𝐁𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 (𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐊𝐨𝐦) proudly collaborated with 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞, 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞: 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 (CSI: Earth) during 𝐂𝐒𝐈: 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡’𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 last 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟑 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲), held at the 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 and 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌 𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫.

𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐊𝐨𝐦 actively joined the seminar sessions, contributed as part of the media team, and brought energy to the stage during the busking performance. 🎤🌱

𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝙤𝙣 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙖𝙮, 𝙬𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 – 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧. 🌏💚

Last April 13, we planted the seed of hope for the environment through 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙉𝙞𝘽𝙖𝙮 2.0: 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙩, 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 – 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙍𝙄𝙨𝙚, 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 and 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣. It wasn’t just an event – it was in the conversations we had, and every person who chose to be part of something bigger than themselves. What we started that day may have been simple, but it reminded us that real change begins when people show up and care.

To everyone who joined us, thank you. Your time, your energy, and just being there made all the difference. You turned that day into something full of hope and action, and showed that even small efforts, when we do them together, can grow into something truly powerful.

🌏 𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 — 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁! ♻️

The 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 is currently conducting a nationwide carbon footprint accounting using the 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to better understand how daily activities contribute to greenhouse gas emissions.

In support of this important initiative, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗕𝗣𝗦𝗨) encourages all faculty members, personnel, and students to take part by computing their individual carbon footprint using the official toolkit.

Through this collective effort, the Province of Bataan will be able to quantify its overall carbon impact and develop meaningful individual and institutional carbon offsetting practices. These actions aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help protect our environment for future generations.
