[ FIRST OFFICIAL FORMATION GSP UNIT!!]

Last Friday we held our first official formation. The program began with the introduction of the new core staff members, troop leaders, and assistant troop leaders the people who will guide and support us throughout this school year.

After introductions and learning basic commands, time was given for everyone to practice. Even though they did not have much preparation, each troop was still able to deliver their yell smoothly.

Then came the most fun part the yell presentation! This is always everyoneโ€™s favorite because it shows just how creative, proud, and spirited each troop is. One by one, every group stepped up bravely.

When our first formation ended, nice feelings filled the air. We had learned basic commands and proudly shown our lively spirit through our troop yells.๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€

๐Ÿ“The first day marked the official commencement of our Scout Leadership Training, an intensive program designed to transform high-potential scouts into capable, resilient leaders. The day began with precision and teamwork as the candidates arrived and efficiently established our base camp. This initial task set the tone for the duration of the training, emphasizing accountability, spatial organization, and collective responsibility from the very outset.

With the camp secured, the scouts immediately transitioned into rigorous practical applications to master core competencies essential for field operations.

๐Ÿ”ธThey dedicated the evening to advanced ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ญ-๐ญ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ , which developed the technical discipline required for secure construction.
๐Ÿ”ธThis seamlessly transitioned into ๐’‘๐’Š๐’๐’๐’†๐’†๐’“๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ projects, where scouts collaborated to build practical field structures from raw materials, effectively testing their spatial planning and resourcefulness.
๐Ÿ”ธTo round out the day's curriculum, the participants practiced ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ž signaling, a traditional visual communication method that highlighted the vital importance of clarity, accuracy, and absolute focus when delivering messages under pressure.

True leadership is built on a foundation of fundamental skills, discipline, and mutual trust. On the first day, our scouts have already demonstrated commendable dedication to these principles, and we look forward to watching them build upon this foundation. โœจ๐Ÿ’ž

๐Ÿ“On June 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, our troop conducted the Election and Screening Process for the selection of Troop Leaders and Assistant Troop Leaders. This activity provided an opportunity for scouts to showcase their leadership potential, confidence, and commitment to serving the troop.

Choosing officers means picking leaders we can trust to guide us fairly. Itโ€™s about character and commitment, not just popularity. It is about selecting people who will lead with honesty, dedication, and care. Good leaders guide us towards our goals. Their dedication and hardwork leads them to success.๐Ÿ€

Congratulations to our new officers! Serve with honesty and heart. Letโ€™s all support and work together for our groupโ€™s success. ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿฅณ
