1. Procedure: before any applicant for membership to any Eagles Club, hereinafter called Applicant, can be accepted as a new member thereof, he shall pass through the following steps, called the 5I's
*Need to fill out the ffg. form
*Letter of Intent (LOI)
*Application Form for ID
*Membership Application1
2. Go Through 5I's
2.1 Interview
2.2 Introduction
2.3 Initiation/ Indoctrination
2.4 Incubation
2.5 Induction
3. During the process all expenses for food and venue etc.. will be equally divided to all applicants and bonafide Kuya.

-Prepare the following:
-Police Clearance
-Drug Test
-Colored Photo ID 2"X2" (2)
5. Attend three (3) consecutive General Monthly Meetings (GMM) and
6. Three (3) consecutive Community Services without fail
7. Applicants shoud have 3T's

- TALENT

Layon ng KBEC na makatulong sa mga higit na nangangailan lalo na sa nasasakupang lugar ng Club.
