Alibangsay Disaster Management Organization The Alibangsay Disaster Management Organization (LDMO) was established on June 18, 2016 when trainors from the Alay Bayan-Luson, Inc.

(ABI) conducted the Disaster Management Orientation and Disaster Preparedness Trainings in Barangay Alibangsay, Bagulin, La Union. Our objective is to increase the capability of our community members to lessen our vulnerability against hazards and disasters. Our Community Disaster Management Plan includes activities before during and after disaster events.
