Another powerful and meaningful afternoon at our Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (S.W.I.M) held earlier today at FVP Pines Park, La Trinidad 🙌

We are grateful for another successful gathering together with our dedicated Station Police Officers and enthusiastic interns from different campuses. Moments like these remind us that transformation happens through connection, conversation, and shared purpose.

Today’s discussion centered on “Love of God (Maka-Diyos)” — the first of the PNP Core Values. ❤️
We reflected on what it truly means to live a life anchored in God’s love, allowing it to guide our actions, decisions, and service to others.

✨ When we put God first, everything else follows.
✨ A heart aligned with God produces integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this session impactful. Together, we continue to build lives, strengthen values, and inspire change.

UPLIFE MOVEMENT | IMPACT UPDATE

Last March 26, 2026, the Uplife Movement had the privilege of conducting a Mental Health Seminar for the students of Benguet State University – Secondary Laboratory School (BSU-SLS).

With the theme:
“Mental and Behavioral Wellness: Strengthening Emotional Intelligence and Inner Values”,
the seminar focused on helping students navigate real-life struggles such as anger, jealousy, and insecurity—challenges many young people silently face today.

Grounded in Galatians 5:22–23, we emphasized the importance of cultivating the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—as the foundation for emotional strength and healthy behavior.

Key Highlights:
• Understanding emotions and how to manage them wisely
• Practical tools to overcome negative feelings
• Building inner values that shape character and decision-making
• Encouraging students to live with purpose and self-control

This initiative is part of our mission of empowering students for a better tomorrow—raising a generation that is not only mentally aware but spiritually grounded and emotionally resilient.

🙏 We extend our heartfelt gratitude to BSU-SLS faculty and students for the warm welcome and active participation.

Together, let’s continue to uplift lives, strengthen minds, and build a future filled with hope.

UpLife Movement Inc. is grateful to be part of today’s Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (S.W.I.M) held at the Longlong Fixed Visibility Point (FVP) Police Station.

With the participation of both incoming and outgoing duty police officers, together with the passionate CCDC Interns and BSU Interns, the gathering became a powerful moment of reflection, learning, and shared purpose.

💬 Today’s focus: “Leaving a Legacy”

We were reminded that legacy is not just about what we accomplish, but about the lives we influence, the values we uphold, and the example we leave behind. In every duty, every interaction, and every act of service—there is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As a Civil Society Organization (CSO), UpLife Movement continues to stand alongside our partners in law enforcement and the youth, fostering conversations that shape character, inspire purpose, and build a better community for the next generation.

🤝 Let’s live and serve in a way that leaves a legacy worth following.
💙 Together, we uplift lives and inspire transformation.
